メタリックかつ中空構造というユニークな糸を見つけた。 そもそもどの様な用途に向けた糸なのかも分からなかったが、キラキラした靴下を作りたいと思っていたので編んでみたところ、とても丁度良いキラキラの靴下に仕上がった。

We came across a unique yarn with a metallic appearance and a hollow structure. We weren’t even sure what kind of application it had originally been developed for, but since we had been wanting to create a pair of subtly sparkling socks, we decided to knit with it. The result was a pair of socks with just the right amount of shimmer.
